What if I receive the wrong product?
If you received a defective product that is not the size of your order, a colored product will be shipped. We provide free exchange.
In this case, contact us at email@example.com.
In case your order has been fulfilled well. However, the product is not yet suitable for you or your child.
You can request a replacement for your product if you have not cut out the label or washed out the product.
Where can I find coupons?
Subscribe to our newsletter and get 10% off from your first order! The coupon applies to discounted products too.
Can I use my coupon on discounted products?
The 10% off coupon can be used on discounted products too. Any other coupons has it's own terms in case of using.
I can't validate my coupon. What should I do?
When you want to validate your coupon and it fails, our system automaticly tells you if it's expired or can't be exigible.
I haven't got any confirmation email. Was my purchase successful?
Please check your spams. If you won't get your confirmations within 15-20 minutes, please contact us with your purchase ID and your email address.
How do I return my product?
The product can be returned within 14 days if two conditions are met:
1. The product was not be washed or worn.
2. If we sent you the wrong items by color, size.
