You will be able to select your preferred parcel point on the Thank You page after your purchase. If you miss this step, you can still choose or change your parcel point via the confirmation email.

If the order value exceeds 35,000 HUF, we deliver FREE of charge in Hungary.

As soon as we have prepared your package, we will notify you by email. After that, the courier service will send you a tracking code with which you can follow the current status of your package.

Unfortunately, personal pickup is not possible.

If you’re shopping on your phone, unfortunately, you can only enter the coupon code at the very last step, just before choosing the payment method.

However, if you’re shopping on a computer, you can enter the coupon code right at the beginning on the right side.

The easiest way to return your item is via Packeta.

We’ll then send you the correct size to a Packeta pickup point — completely FREE of charge! :)

If you’d like to request an exchange, please contact us, and we’ll provide you with the necessary phone number and email address.

You can return a product within 14 days of purchase if the following two conditions are met:

• The item has not been washed or worn
• You received a damaged item, or the wrong color/pattern/product by mistake

Unfortunately, coupon codes cannot be combined. Only one coupon can be used at a time.

Coupon codes are not valid on clearance items or other temporarily discounted products.

If your baby is between two sizes, it’s better to choose the larger one.

If your baby is just starting to fit the given size, you don’t need to go one size up.

If you need help because it’s a gift or you’re unsure about the right size, write to us in the chat (bottom right corner).

LiaaBébé bamboo clothes are not only comfortable, but they are also made of environmentally friendly material, so proper care helps maintain their softness and durability.

Gentle Wash

Washing method: Machine washable, but choose the gentle cycle and cold water to preserve the softness of the clothes. (Maximum 30°)

Detergent: Use a mild, fragrance-free detergent to avoid damaging fabrics and irritating your baby's skin.

Avoid Chemicals

Bleaches and Fabric Softeners: Do not use bleach or fabric softeners as they can damage bamboo fibers.

Drying

Air Dry: Let clothes air dry to maintain their shape and color.

Using a dryer: Ideally, you should avoid using it, but if you do decide to use a dryer, set it to the lowest temperature or gentle cycle to avoid shrinking your clothes.

Following the steps above will help your LiaaBébé bamboo clothes stay beautiful and comfortable for a long time. Remember that proper care is not only beneficial for the clothes, but also for the environment!

As soon as you've dressed your baby in clean clothes, rinse the diaper immediately under running water, there’s no need to soak it.

Don’t wait for the stain to set into the fibers; if you wash it right away, it will come out easily. :)
